FBELE MOULD' aim is to offer solution for customers idea, so we make a set of rational regulations and working flow rules to assure the managing efficiency and to avoid problem solution jamming. In the case of full understanding of the regulations and rules, every employee has the title to discuss the reasonable and the feasibility with his (her) superintend on solution ways of the problem happening within the regulations or excluding the regulations.

FBELE MOULD believes that rational and strict management are the key factors for good competitive capability. The management process involves planning,organising,leading and controlling the use of organisational resources to achiveve high-performance results.
Rational management includes reasonable evaluation targets:
1. Make up basic requirements of each employee
2. Exactly forecast the production capability under current equipment and human resources
3. Accurately calculate cost

FBELE MOULD strives to offer the highest quality plastic injection tooling availability. Starting with quality precision equipment to highly trained toolmaker, FBELE is committed to quality.
FBELE MOULD will build to cash individual standards. While still building all molds to SPI standards. Offering DME or Progressive Components with cores and cavities made from U.S., Canadian or specified steels. FBELE will certify to both steel origin and hardness. Hot runner molds can be offered with Husky, Moldmaster, Incoe, Kona or customer specified systems.
All molds will be tested and sampled before shipment. FBELE has experience on global/export molds and is familiar with the higher cooling and faster cycle requirements of these molds.
